这三个doing分别作什么成分呢？都是动名词短语吗？
spend time doing sth 和 be busy doing sth 这二个结构中，介词in是可有可无的。假如有介词in，则其后的doing为动名词；假如没in，则其后的doing剖析为目前分词。无论是不是有in，（in）doing都是方面状语，分别修饰动词spend或形容词busy。
keep sb doing sth 这个结构中，doing sth为目前分词作宾补，不是动名词。
